Brown is the co-founder of Eden Village in Springfield, Missouri, a community model that builds home communities for the chronically homeless and disabled. These communities include individuals that, due to their mental or physical health, or other extenuating circumstances, need resources that will support and enable them to be contributing members of society.

In 2021, Linda completed the second village and started plans for constructing a third in early 2022. Her mission is to expand into other communities across the U.S. to significantly decrease the homeless population across the county.
