Linda Freeny

Linda was the youngest realtor to ever enter the business and MLS at the time when she decided on Real Estate as a career and today she is not the oldest. Obviously, a long career as top salesperson in every office she has ever worked or owned with her husband, Robert (Bob) Freeny. Today she and her husband own California Oaks Realtors (since 1994) along with Seaward Property Management ,and she is STILL the top salesperson. She attributes this to the loving care and attention given to all her buyers and sellers over the years who either keep coming back with their real estate needs or refer her to friends, so a huge percentage of her business is by referrals because she did it right the first time. Also, along the way she has acquired some close friends through an original real estate transaction and has mentored others who would like to make a career in real Estate Equal to her own. The key, she says, is Patience, perseverance, communication and a genuine need to know that every effort was made to make a real estate purchase or sale a pleasant experience. Real Estate is not just a commission, but a sense of satisfaction that all that was needed to be done was done.
