Really enjoyed working with Linda. We had a long commute to the area, so she lined up a number of homes both new and used and scheduled appointments for us to see them all on a Saturday. Linda helped us all the way through closing. She thoroughly met our needs. Linda is the person to call, she is terrific.

Linda Mardegan was the perfect choice for me because I did not know the area. I am retiring to the Orlando area which is chock full of communities but they all have their own personalities. Linda took the time to understand what I wanted out of my retirement home/community. Sent me a boatload of options with reasons why I might consider each, then we put together a full day of viewings. By 2:00 that day end I had found the most perfect home and community. And I am still delighted. She knows her stuff!
