I have known Linda Morrison for several years, now. I chose Linda Morrison to sell my property for me after inerviewing lots of realtors because she really knew the real estate market and business, much better than any of the others that I interviewed. Once I made my decision she was ready to get down to business. I had high expectations for a realtor, since I would be returning to Montana in a few days and needed some one I could trust to take care of the sale of my property. For me to hire a realtor, he/she had to be on top of the game and be available for me when I needed them to be. I am versed in Texas real estate and finding someone to fit the bill was big shoes for anyone to fill. After spending time with her, I knew she was right for my job. Her answers to my questions, her knowledge, experience and work ethic impressed me greatly. After searching for days, I knew I had found my realtor. Someone I could trust to handle all of my real estate transactiosn and needs in Texas. I live in Montana and and have no problem trusting her to handle all of my real estate needs. She knows the real estate business inside and out, from the listing to the the sale and all the legalities there of. I do and will always reccomend her to everyone I know when they need a realtor. Linda is very professional, pro active and on the cutting edge of the business. She is very savy when it comes to dealing with people. I still call on her anytime I need help or have questions and she is always ready and willing to help me at anytime. Not to mention, Linda has the personallity and salesability to sell sand and oil to the Arabs.

I have purchased and sold 2 homes with Linda Morrison and both transactions were seamless from my standpoint. She was an excellent negotiator, and smoothed out any bumps along the way. Certainly the best realtor I have ever used!
