I had nothing but a great experience with Linda. Being a first time homebuyer and purchasing a foreclosure property we had many obstacles in the way. I can’t thank her enough!! I had used other realtors in the past who seemed to just want my listing and I rarely heard from them again. Linda, on the other hand, was very proactive, kept in contact with me often & she was very helpful with tips that would make my house look more appealing. I've worked with Linda Munro to both sell and buy houses before and she is excellent! She was recommended by a friend after we were having issues with our then realtor in selling our home. She goes the "extra mile" if there are any issues that come up unexpectedly and has gone above and beyond what is normally expected. This last sale has been a "nightmare" for us and she has extended herself by locating and calling in contractors as well as finding out what we need to have done and how to proceed. She treats each transaction like it was her own and does the best for her clients.
