Linda helped me purchase my first home last year. She was very professional and a pleasure to work with!

She patiently answered all of my questions and put me in touch with a great lender. Linda has a great over knowledge of the East Bay and helped show me different areas that I might be interested in.

When it came down to putting my offer in, everything was submitted very quickly on her end and she was able to get me a great deal (below asking) on the loft I really wanted!

I will definitely be going with her again when I'm in the market again for another place.

As someone who has worked with multiple realtors in the past, as both a buyer and a seller, I can say my experience of working with Linda (Linda Ngo) as my realtor (selling agent) was indeed a very pleasant and successful one.

There are some professional qualities that make a real estate agent stand out. And then there are some other professional characteristics that make them distinguishable. I believe Linda’s working ethics and methods qualify her to be among the distinguished realtors.

Although she is a real estate agent, she also has a very good understanding of interior design and its effects on the selling price. She assisted me with design suggestions and recommendations for renovating the property, which I believe resulted in a very successful outcome. She is technical and very detail oriented. That makes her recommendations (renovation recommendations/suggestions) very feasible and reasonable.
She kept the entire legal process of disclosures, signing documents, scheduling inspections, and ordering documents and records, well-organized and well-scheduled. Everything went very easily and on time. Every question I had was answered in a timely manner and all the concerns were addressed with informed explanations.

To summarize, I found her personality very professional and pleasant to work with. Her housing market analytical report was well researched, very informative, well presented, and accurate. She expresses her opinions with supporting data and evidence-based market conditions. Since her suggestions and opinions were always justified with information, navigating different options became less stressful and decision-making appeared to be assured.

To conclude, I certainly recommend her to anyone who is interested in buying or selling their property.

I reached out to Linda based on her stellar reviews and I'm so glad that I did. My parents have owned a rental home for the past 20+ years with the same tenant. Unfortunately, the tenant passed away and instead of putting it back onto the rental market, they decided to sell the home.

I came to Linda with the expectation that she would be managing the entire process. This included: assessing the home, project management of the entire renovation, sourcing the right contractor(s) and materials, marketing, utilizing her network, and ultimately selling the home. I did not have time to manage it myself since I was dealing with renovations on my own home.

I mention the above because I wish Linda was my project manager! Not only did she go over and beyond to ensure I was getting all the right pricing for the materials, she even hand delivered some of the materials to the home when we were approaching deadlines. In addition, she kept track of all the expenses and receipts so that we would have access to them (if needed). Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised how quickly she earned my trust which allowed me to be completely hands off.

Linda also was very patient with my parents. She treated them as if they were her own. Linda was able to talk through all the questions and concerns that they had. I'm very grateful for this.

I would highly recommend Linda to any of my family or friends if they were thinking of buying or selling a home in the Bay Area!

Linda just helped me buy my first house, in Oakland. She was so helpful and responsive through the entire process. I'm a first time buyer and Linda guided me through all the many things that could and did go sideways. After a couple of showings she quickly picked up on exactly what I was after in a house and helped me find just what I was looking for. I don't know how she does it, but Linda was always on top of things, always made sure I had the information I needed and knew exactly what was going on, and always following through on next steps. I highly recommend working with her.

Linda Ngo has helped our family, clueless on anything Real Estate, sell our old home in Oakland and and buy our mother’s dream home in Elk Grove. Linda is that agent you only dream of having. She educates, advocates, and delivers. Our sell/buy journey took us 3 years, yes, you read it right. 3 years! We weren’t lying when we said we were clueless! Linda patiently educated us from building our credit, expertly guiding us during the home search, and eventually negotiated for us an amazing deal on a home that would have otherwise been out of our price range. All of this would not have been possible if it weren’t for Linda.

We had no idea the process would take 3 years, we honestly thought it would be 3 months! But many unexpected things came when we were prepping our home for sale, all of which were out of our and Linda’s control. Luckily, Linda was able to navigate us through all the bumps. Honestly, had it not been for Linda, we don’t know if all of this would have been possible.

The rest of the reviews say it all. No agent can beat Linda’s worth ethic. She’s real, trustworthy, and reliable. Know that once you choose Linda as your agent, you’re in good hands. She will show you options that you never thought could be possible!

Linda was exceptional as my agent in helping me find a wonderful home!! During the initial search for a home, she was readily available in setting up tours and visiting each listing I was interested in, whether it was in the peninsula or the east bay. Her guidance through this whole process was invaluable. Prior to putting any offers in, she provided comp values and discussed what documents in the disclosures needed to be reviewed for each listing prior to putting an offer in. Once I had decided to put an offer into a home, she discussed negotiation strategies and provided advice on what needed to be done in order to win the bid. I want to note that this was actually the first and only offer I put into a house. Considering the current market in Spring of 2021, I had real doubts that I would win the bid but to no one’s surprise, we actually won the bid without any additional counter offers. Her support and guidance didn’t end there. Through the whole escrow process, she provided important dates to keep track of, contacted listing agent for any questions I had, coordinated the sewer lateral work and was always there for any questions. She even continues to keep in contact and still available for questions even after closure of escrow. I would definitely highly recommended Linda if you are looking to buy a new home!

Linda Ngo recently helped me with a remodel project I was working on in Mill Valley. When I purchased the house, it was gutted down to the studs. My goal was to work with someone who could serve as the designer then list it when completed. I interviewed several Realtors that were experienced in the area, all were strong candidates. Ultimately, I chose to work with Linda because she had great design ideas, a strong sales plan and demonstrated follow-through. She worked closely with my contractor on executing the concept she developed. Due to the statewide shelter in place order that was in effect for most of 2020, we faced several delays and other unexpected challenges during the construction phase. Linda was there the entire time, willing to do what she could to keep things moving forward. Once the house was ready for market, she stepped up even more and masterfully managed the entire sales process. She maintained control of the transaction and always kept me updated. I am very happy with her performance in every aspect of this project. I have worked with many Realtors over the years and I can honestly say, Linda is one of the best. I plan to work with her again and I would suggest you do too.

My experience with Linda has been nothing but impressive. I have been looking for a home in the San Francisco Bay Area for quite some time. Thanks to her, my first home is my dream home. My home buying didn’t go without problems. I started with a big bank, which ends up being a nightmare. High down payment, low loan amount, and they nit-pick on every piece of document because I was self-employed. I was about to give up on buying a home. Linda grabbed me by the hands and showed me step-by-step what I needed to do if I wanted to fill my dreams of owning a home. Thanks to her hard work and a high drive to succeed -if you fail, I fail attitude. She found me a home loan broker who understands self-employed home buyers like myself. The broker was able to get me a higher loan amount with a lower down payment. Plus, I was able to lock in the historically low rate. After the loan was approved, she regularly communicated with the broker, seller’s agent, and myself. Linda was the Team Captain in the sale process. She made sure everyone was on the same page. Linda listens to everyone’s comments and is super responsive. She’ll call, text, email everyone and correct any misunderstanding right away. Just when I thought Linda couldn’t raise the bar any further. She stuck by me even after the sale was over. She gave me a to-do list with links, that is, changing the locks, activating the homeowner’s insurance, setting up mortgage payments, trash service, power, and water service. You will be just as impressed as I was if you place your trust in her. My advice to the buyer is to be flexible.

Linda is absolutely amazing! She made my entire home buying process easy. I originally got in contact with Linda through a friend, who also closed a house with her in Oakland. My friend is extremely picky on who he works with, so when he sent me Linda, I knew she would be amazing. Throughout the process, she proved how knowledgeable she was in real estate, the market (she reads a lot of articles and always shares them with us), and home improvement projects. Linda was never pushy and worked with our timeline. I felt like she was looking out for our best interest, and not just trying to make a sale.

I particularly appreciated how responsive Linda is. When it comes to home buying, especially in the bay area market, you want an agent you can count on to answer your questions right away. She was on top of it when we needed to put in an offer, even working really late hours to make sure the seller had everything they needed to accept. She got us a great deal that we are super happy with and saved us thousands of dollars! She made us feel like we were her only clients even though I know that's not the case.

I highly recommend Linda! I'm going to refer her to all my friends and family. She's a boss at what she does!

Linda helped my husband and I purchase our first home. With her expert guidance, we were able to have our first ever offer excepted on the first home we toured. Linda went above and beyond to educate, provide sound research, and advised us on how we should negotiate. Linda’s support really alleviated a ton of stress during this process.
