Linda believes in customer service and effective communication. This does not end when the transaction is over. The first contact is just the beginning whether you are a buyer or a seller. Once there is an accepted offer there are insurance requirements, sellers' disclosure, and inspections to name a few things that come up. All these have required dates associated with them that must be met to keep the transaction on track. The inspections can bring up several items that may need attention prior to closing depending on the offer that was accepted. Linda has a great support system of local vendors she can pass along if needed. Due to the differences between each area of the country, there are things that will come up that may seem quite different than what you are used to. That is where Linda can help explain things like Post Tension, flat roof maintenance, pest control.

Linda has overseen the sale of homes for clients that are out of the area and cannot come to take care of things. Depending on their requirements, the home is made sale ready, marketed using her comprehensive marketing plan and the offers presented to the seller. Also, buyers who are out of the area can get tours via phone of various properties. Ask questions, see specific areas of the property to be sure it is something they like.

As an International Consultant for major banks and vendors for over 31 years, Linda was involved in numerous purchases/sales of homes for herself, so she is very aware of what it is like to be on both sides of a transaction. Linda will do her best to make sure the home selling/buying experience is a pleasant one.
