Linda has over 30 years of experience in real estate including commercial and residential property in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. Marketing resort properties in South Padre Island, Texas, and partnering to design, build, and market townhouse villas in Fort Worth, established the knowledge and experience and created the desire to continue her specialty in residential villas. After moving to Naples in 1985, Linda formed Group One Development Consultants, Inc.to assist luxury residential developers with the design and marketing of new construction. Marketing the Grand Bay and Cocobay villa projects in Pelican Bay firmly established her as the villa expert. She holds a Florida Broker Associate license and is a full-time resident in Pelican Bay. Linda specializes in Pelican Bay, Old Naples and luxury coastal waterfront property working with buyers and sellers from around the world as well as maintaining a loyal local client base. She is dedicated to providing exceptional service to all of her clients for any of their real estate needs.
She is a proud alumnus of Leadership Collier Class of 1995, a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®, the Florida REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®. She served on the board of the non-profit Girls Inc. and enjoys biking, reading on the beach and the occasional game of golf with friends.
