I have lived in Effingham County for over 30 years, and there is no other place I would rather call “Home.” It’s where I created my family and raised my two sons, Steven and Justin Proctor. I have a deep understanding and knowledge of Effingham County, which gives me the upper hand in the real estate business. I come from a background in accounting and taxes which only improves my understanding of the importance and benefits of home ownership.
