Lisa works closely with on-site inspections, facilities, and equipment to determine necessity of repairs and property condition with an average annual budget of $1.1 million which includes:
Pre/post tenant improvements
Renovations and aesthetics
Campus upgrades
Storm damage
As a direct liaison, Lisa also coordinates with over 200 vendors/ tenants as an on-call 24/7 for emergency preparedness, ensuring emergency evacuation, and life safety systems are effective and up to date.
As an avid weekend golfer, Lisa frequents the most exclusive courses in the Pacific Northwest. She also enjoys spending time gardening, and creating culinary treats.
