Linda Ryan King listens to discover how and where her clients want to live. Whether finding their dream homes or facilitating the sale of their previous house, she is friendly, patient, experienced, businesslike, and creative. She lets her clients take the time they need to make the right decision, and she provides a strong, clear perspective to help them take action.

Linda brings a breadth of training and talent to her work with people throughout the real estate industry. She graduated Cum Laude with a bachelor’s degree in human services and psychology from Notre Dame de Namur University. She is a trained artist with an associate’s degree in interior design. She owned a staging company and enjoys flower arranging as a hobby. She uses her wide-ranging skills and experience to help sellers make decisions around improvements that create substantial value for their property. She uses these same skills to help buyers evaluate the potential of a property and make investment decisions.

Her love of people and community and her deep belief in giving back drive her devotion to volunteer work. Organizations she has contributed time and talent include Filoli, Endue Foundation, Greater Opportunities, Alzheimer’s Association of America, PARCA, CORA, Easter Seals, The Lustgarton Foundation, American Heart Association, American Cancer Association, and the California AIDS Ride.

Recognized as an award-winning leader in her industry, Linda has sold homes throughout San Mateo County and surrounding areas, including Atherton, Belmont, Burlingame, Daly City, Half Moon Bay (and other coast side communities), Hillsborough, Menlo Park, Pacifica, Redwood City, Redwood Shores, San Carlos, San Gregorio, San Mateo, South San Francisco, and San Francisco.

Born in San Francisco and raised on the Peninsula, Linda lives in Burlingame with her husband Craig and three delightful Siamese cats. She is an active member of the San Mateo County Association of REALTORS®, California Association of REALTORS®, and National Association of REALTORS®.
