Linda went out of her way to assist in making my move to middle Tennessee a painless effort. She first helped me locate a place to rent until I was ready to search for a home then when I was ready to locate my new home she was ready with potential locations. I was looking outside of her normal area but that was no problem with her. She was willing and determined to help me find what I was looking for in a new property.
She was always responsive to my inquiries and full of knowledge, providing great information regarding the area.
I am now in my new home and am quite happy that Linda was my realtor. I would recommend her to anyone moving to the area. It was a pleasure working with her and I would not hesitate to work with her again.

We made a major decision in 2019. I took a new job, and we packed up and moved for the first time away from the area where both my husband and I were born and raised. It was a scary thing to say the least. Luckily, we met a realtor who understood. Linda listened to exactly what we were looking for and found a pool of great potential properties. Not only did she listen to us, but she was also honest with us in every situation. If it was not a good choice, she would tell us and had ample information to support her thoughts. Being new to the area, this was exactly what we needed. She is always quick to respond and eager to help. If you are looking for a new home and you want the BEST support in a realtor, she is your gal! Another positive note....we made a great friend prior to unpacking one box!

We have worked with many realtors over the years and Linda is absolutely the finest! Since moving to the middle Tennessee area, we have sought Linda's assistance in buying and selling homes twice now. There are obviously plenty of choices, but we went back to Linda for several reasons. Above all, she works hard for her customers. She learns your needs and finds what you want, where you want it. Linda makes sure all the many pieces of the deal come together and are done properly, on time! This may not sound like it should be a problem, but it can be with other realtors. She was there to make sure things were moving smoothly at all times. We sold our townhouse in Nashville within a week or so of listing at the price we wanted and we are happy to have a great place in Franklin thanks to Linda! This market moves fast and a realtor who actually cares about meeting the necessary timeline is vital. We are grateful to have found Linda Stockton-Liedl guide to us.

I was randomly connected with Miss Linda through Realtor.com. What a blessing!!! Miss Linda sent us listings via email, because we were moving from New Jersey. When we came into town, she chauffeured our family of 6 all around providing wonderful conversation and information. When we returned home, Miss Linda toured homes for us and found one that she thought would be a perfect fit for our needs. We flew down and once again Miss Linda held our hands through our entire visit. She stuck with us, went out of her way again and again to accommodate us, and found us the right house. We now have our first "friend" in Tennessee.

We were referred to Linda by a friend who had just used her as a realtor on their move to Franklin, TN. They raved about her and when we met her, she did not disappoint! She understood that we were on a time crunch for searching, that we were flying across the country to look and didn’t want to waste time; and she did her homework, cleared her schedule and focused on us! She is tireless— we wore out and she was going strong! She went above and beyond what you’d expect, bringing refreshments and stopping for meals. She felt like family after our two trips out to find a house— and was successful! She said her goal was for her clients to be happy and we certainly are happy in our new home in TN!! We have already recommended her to friends looking in this area and feel confident that they will have the same experience we did.
