When we got off our first call with Linda Tran I said to my wife "she gets it." We're making the move from Virginia to Florida and had more questions than answers. Linda helped us focus and confirmed our initial feeling that central Florida around Orlando should be our destination. After that, she helped us narrow down the communities to visit (there are plenty!) as well as the size and price range for our home. With her help, we selected a wonderful community, closed on our new home and are now packing for a late June move.

Linda exhibited the highest level of professionalism with warmth and patience as we struggled to make a final decision. Unlike HGTV where couples look at a few homes, make and offer and move on, all in 30 minutes or less, the process is complex, emotional, logistically challenging and stressful. But Linda held our hands along the way and we're confident she can/will be helpful to anyone else who were to work with her in finding their dream home in Florida.
