Linda Treffry is an Senior Associate with Coldwell Banker Commercial BLAIR and brings a unique perspective to the local Commercial Real Estate market. Born and raised in Canada, Linda moved to Long Beach in 1994 as a management consultant to the telecom industry. Linda brings Fortune 500 sales and business development expertise as well as experience in senior level sales positions within entrepreneurial high growth companies. Her network of professional relationships spans multiple industries as well as across the border into Canada. Linda is adept at deal negotiation and the ability to consistently exceed client expectations which she now brings into the Coldwell Banker Commercial BLAIR firm.

Linda is currently specializing in Office and Retail properties and is working toward obtaining her Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) certification. Within the non-profit sector, she is active in animal welfare causes and previously served as a board member with the Friends of Long Beach Animals (FOLBA).
