I usually don't write reviews but I felt compelled to write this one considering my recent experience selling my MSJ property in Fremont, CA with Linda Young. Right from my first phone call, all the way to the closing of the house, the whole experience was super-smooth and extremely pleasant...no surprises. I'm the kind of person who doesn't trust people easily but I can say that Linda and team has earned my trust. They were highly competent, professional, diligent, transparent, and practical when it came to decision making. For e.g. she gave us very specific recommendations on repairs/improvements that would fetch us the best return. They operate with high integrity and the best part is that they are not pushy - a rare quality among RE agents:-) They took the ownership of the project and delivered the right outcome with minimal involvement from my side. Now that's what I call an A+ team. Linda Young gets 5 stars and strongest recommendation from me.

It has been a pleasure to work with Linda and Leon for our real estate needs.
In fact we have worked with them both as a Seller and Buyer Agent. This review is more from the point of view of a Seller Agent.

Our house was coming on the market very close to the expected Fed Rate Hike/ War in Europe. Timing was critical to get the best deal for both parties involved. The moment I handed the keys to Linda/ Leon, they moved immediately to get all the things lined up towards an early open house.
The small renovation they requested were completely reasonable and helped find the right ppl to do it at short notice. The staging was beyond expectation, the house could not have looked any better. The adveritising was spot on and showed the house beautifully. They gave us a well reasoned explanation on what our pricing strategy should be. Open house was well organised and they were with us when we accepted the offers, guiding us on the merits of the buyer's proposals.

One stand out part of the whole exchange is, open/simple and frank communication. Nothing is sugar coated. They also love telling stories to give context to the explanation they are trying to provide. All this helped us to be a more educated seller/ buyer and helps to build a relationship of trust. That is the most important thing in real estate transaction. Forgot to add, our house sold above our expectations. We would highly recommend Linda/ Leon for your real estate needs.

We were so glad to make the right decision to hire Linda and Leon to sell our house in Fremont Mission San Jose in Feb 2022. As a homeowner, selling a property and getting the top dollars is not that simple because we live in Taiwan and haven’t sold a house for more than 20 years. We know the market has been very hot and it’s a good timing for us to sell the house but there’s so much work that has to be done and we really have no clue how to handle the remodeling and repairing work for our 34 year old house. We definitely need an expert to help and guide us for this important job. Besides, we need to get the TOP DOLLARS from selling our house in order to get ready for our retirement.

Then, we were so happy to find Linda Young’s team because they fit all our requirements and needs. They are local specialists, professional, knowledgeable, capable, hardworking, integrity and trustworthy. They handled the whole process and sale transaction smoothly, efficiently and successfully. Moreover, they helped us conduct and supervise the entire remodeling work, included what need to be fixed, what need to be remodeled, how to control the budget, what to recommend to the reliable contractors not to mention how to pick the remodeling materials, colors, styles and design.

Linda and Leon are so amazing for their impeccable and superb performance.

We feel so lucky to choose Linda and Leon as our realtors. Due to their great efforts, hardwork and suggestions, the sales RESULT are incredible and marvelous! We got the TOP DOLLARS($600K Over Asking) which exceeded what we expected. We don’t know how to show our appreciation. We just want to say thank you Linda and Leon. You are the best.

I live in Albany, NY but the house i wanted to sell is in Fremont, CA. The house had been for rental for 8 years so it was a mess. It needed deep cleaning, new painting, new carpet, master bathroom needed a redo... Linda Yong and her team made the remodeling and selling such a breeze. Best of all she never made me feel uncomfortable. I highly recommend her, she is professional, helpful, understanding, knowledgeable, upfront.
