Lindsay Belmont is part of the Lindsay and Shannon Team based in the John L. Scott Lacey office. She has been in real estate for three years. Lindsay and her husband moved to Washington in 2002 after she completed her degree from the University of Colorado. She spent time doing development and administrative work for area non-profits before transitioning into real estate. Between her background in communications, her friendly Midwestern principles, and love for helping people, the pull toward real estate was a natural one.
Lindsay and Shannon work closely together to help their clients with any questions or issues that might come up during the transaction. They have a team motto that their business is not transaction-based, but relationship-based. They aim to provide a full-service boutique experience for each of their clients and they both love coming up with creative solutions to help clients reach their real estate goals. Each day is different, which is something they both thrive on.
Lindsay and Shannon work with all types of people from different backgrounds and in particular they focus on the military community. Lindsay’s husband is Army Special Forces, Shannon is a past Army service member and her husband is retired Army Special Forces. They mostly focus on the Lakepointe, Horizon Pointe, and Edgewater communities.
In her free time Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, hiking, and exploring all that their gorgeous Pacific Northwest communities have to offer!
