Lindsay and her team made it a painless process. She not only marketed our house, she coordinated any repairs needed with local vendors for us as well. Lindsay has been wonderful through the 4 years we've known her. She helped us sell our first home, buy our second home, and then helped us sell that home as well. She's so knowledgeable, dedicated, and works so incredibly hard for her clients. I highly recommend working with her to get the absolute best real estate experience you can have, whether you're buying or selling or both. Choosing an agent is WAY too big of a choice to just gamble it on someone you're not sure will do the best job they can for you. I suggest giving her a call and letting her walk you through her approach. You will not regret it.

I closed on my first home last month and I couldn't have been happier working with Lindsay and Amber. They were so patient with me and answered my questions no matter how silly the questions sounded to me. There was a hiccup towards the end of closing and Lindsay went above and beyond to make sure that we still closed that day. My husband and I just bought our first home with Lindsay Dicus-Harrison Realty. We truly cannot say enough positive things about Lindsay! She has great knowledge and expertise in real estate, and communicated so well with us ensuring we understood each step of the process. We had a very quick time frame to close on our house (less than 20 days) and Lindsay still made everything happen to close on time. As a bonus, she negotiated the purchase price down almost 10K on our behalf, negotiated for home repairs, and even got the sellers to pay ALL closing costs!!! This was incredible as we thought surely there was no room for negotiations in this market. We are impressed by everything she did for us, which was always above and beyond! If you are buying or selling a home, Lindsay is THE person you need to get in touch with!!!!!!

I've worked with Lindsay for years. She is professional, knows her stuff, has been in the area her whole life, and loves what she does. She has not been my realtor because we have realtors in the family, but I'm picky and couldn't wait to post publically how good she is. She is patient when couples get lost meeting her at houses, she knows details like the good house keeper teams in the areas, and knows about schools (including preschools) and zoning and all of the details you wouldn't even think to ask her! If you're in Pinellas County and need a realtor for your first home or even if you're ready for that forever dream home, she somehow specializes in it all for this area. Call her!

From the start, Lindsay Dicus-Harrison had the knowledge, patience and dedication that we needed in order to find our perfect home. She helped me to sell my first home two years ago with so much ease and in under a week! So in the market that was 2017, being extremely intense, competitive and frustrating, Lindsay dedicated time and perseverance to us in finding our dream home. After a rough few months in the hottest market, my mom passed away and we haulted everything. She didn’t bat an eye and was so supportive. Five months later we were ready to look again and a House happened to come up quick in the exact area we were hoping for and she worked diligently to get us a showing. Bam! After seeing countless homes the year prior this was the one and she helped my partner and I do everything we could to make it ours! Second property she has helped us with, excellent negotiator, Lindsay is someone you definitely want on your side when negotiating an offer or dealing with repairs, her experience and knowledge were a huge asset for us. She got us the property we wanted, at the price we wanted with repairs and closed on time. She was also able to help us with references for every step from financing, inspection, repairs, to movers.
