I, Lindsay Zelson, am a member of Phi Beta Kappa and have a Bachelor of Arts in History with Honors and Psychology from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut. In Connecticut and New York, I am a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson.
Three generations ago, my maternal ancestors immigrated to New London, Connecticut and established a furniture business called Americana Furniture. I have been visiting New London County for my whole life, which contributes to my deep understanding of the state and my key insights into areas along the southern shoreline, including residential areas, commercial regions, and Opportunity Zones in New London County and Fairfield County,
I graduated Horace Mann School in the Bronx, New York, which I attended from 6th to 12th grade. At graduation, I received the Robert A. Caro '53 Prize for Literary Excellence in the Writing of History for my essay on the Influenza Pandemic of 1918, along with honors in English, History, and Science, and the Gordon I. Newcombe History Award, named for Horace Mann's former Headmaster, after his tenures as Provost, Head of the History Department, and Dean of Faculty.
Born and raised as a New Yorker, years at Horace Mann contributed to my deep understanding of New York City and Westchester County.
I have an acute eye for detail, and I apply my skills towards clients and transactions of all budget levels. I also have demonstrated success working as a co-agent.
