What began as a local Denver brokerage has evolved into a broader ecosystem that supports agents, clients, and community-first brokerages through thoughtful growth, collaboration, and now brand licensing.
Through our brand licensing model, we partner with independent brokerages who share our values of integrity, community, and abundance, providing systems, strategy, and brand support while allowing leaders to maintain local ownership and autonomy.

I moved to Denver in 2004 to sell advertising for the Denver Post and Rocky Mountain News, and bought my first property in Five Points in 2005 at 22 (against many colleagues’ advice). That early leap shaped everything I believe about real estate, risk, and long-term impact.
