Lindsey Cooper

Lindsey loves real estate and helping people. Education and personalized service are her specialties when it comes to guiding clients through the big transitions of moving, buying and selling real estate. The real estate transaction is not just a transaction, it is a process with a lot of moving parts, and it requires many different skills that she has built over the years.

After college, she moved to Chicago and taught in the Chicago Public schools. Then she consulted through graduate school, lead workshops for teachers, got her MS in child development and worked as a developmental therapist. After her first son was born her husband, Andy, had the opportunity to teach at an international school in the Himalayan foothills so they moved to India. This space away from the bustle of city life helped them realize they liked a slower pace, and more time in nature. It was an easy decision to move their family to Madison. They now have three kids: Oliver (2010), Sam (2014) and Greta (2017). They are some of the coolest/sweetest/funniest/most exhausting people she has ever known.

Lindsey lives in Madison’s near westside and loves to bike, run, kayak, swim, and read. One of the reasons she feels at home with the Lauer Realty Group is her passion for building community and strengthening neighborhoods. Being an integral part of helping you find your next home is an honor that motivates her.
