My name is Lindsey Haas and I'm an experienced solo agent working directly with buyers and sellers of all price ranges in the North Atlanta Metro areas. For my SELLERS, I help guide you room by room to ensure you have proper furniture placement, repairs completed that may scare buyers aware and help you manage the list of things to do along with bringing in a trusted contractor to help you get the tasks complete without a lot of headache or financial strain. I call my process PREP, STAGE and SELL. After helping you get your home ready I then come in a stage it with my furniture and decor whether you are a vacant or occupied home I make your biggest asset shine for top dollar. My staging is all FREE. I bring movers and a Stager to put it all together and my items stay through photos, showings and the appraisal. This is why I do the volume of business I do because I care to give you the best results possible. I go above and beyond to get you top dollar and I offer the staging for FREE because its that important and everyone needs it. Its a crucial part of the selling process that should never be overlooked. I also have an amazing back office team that helps me be successful and give Ritz Carlton level service. Lindsay and her team are awesome. They helped us get our house ready for selling and then did a great job staging it for showings. She helped us get top dollar for our house, sell quickly and really kept us informed every step of the way. Highly Recommended!!

I was looking for a realtor moving from NY to the Woodstock/ Canton area. There are many realtor options but very few that have the high ratings Lindsey and her team consistently have. I submitted an inquiry form through her website and she called me soon while on the way to vacation. We hit it off right away and she was very easy to talk with. She asked specific questions on exactly the type of house we were looking for and what we did not like. She has a portal that will send you daily updates of houses that meet your search criteria which was very helpful.

One of the big differences between Lindsey Haas and other realtors is that they have a small office that all work to support you. For example, she had an awesome realtor in her office (Tracie Love) show us homes the only weekend we traveled to ATL. Tracie stepped in because Lindsey had family members who had come down with Covid. With Tracie I felt we had a new friend who was very patient with us as we tried to filter the communities and types of homes we were interested in. With Tracie
we found our dream home in a 55+ community.

Lindsey is a master negotiator. I have seen her work her magic with builders and sales. She is a true advocate for her client and points out issues that we would have never caught. She was very easy to get in touch with especially when we had to do so much of this transaction virtually. She FaceTimed us during our walk through, home inspection and even went to the house to take measurements for our fridge, washer/dryer and window treatments.

She has many contacts and put us in touch with a great mortgage contact at Affinity Lending and also gave me insurance recommendations since we were new to the area.

I was so impressed with Lindsey and her team that I referred my son as a first time home buyer. She really helped him tremendously navigate the hot ATL sellers market and has a good relationship with many of the realtors you may work with on the other side of the transaction.

I cannot say enough of how great it was to have such a smooth and enjoyable experience during one of the most stressful times of your life.

In summary, if you are a first time home buyer, experienced home buyer or selling your home, you must consider Lindsey Haas Realtor. She has the absolute highest recommendation I could give and I will continue to tell my ATL area friends and family to select her if they are buying or selling a home

I was given a short list of recommended realtors to look at and while all of them had great reviews, Lindsey and her team had the most by far. The shear volume of people with rave reviews gave me the confidence that she was the real deal. Lindsey and her entire team were always very on top of the ball and didn't mind the zillion questions we had since it was our first time looking to purchase a home. Lindsey was very responsive, supportive, and a pleasure to work with every step of the way.
