The photos that she placed for us made our house look better than I thought it could ever look (I wanted to buy it!) and she is very skillful with marketing on all platforms. Lindsey is very knowledgeable, professional, and goes above and beyond with her role as a realtor. She helped me find a tenant for a rental and sell a condo which involved working around complex building regulations, communicating with inspectors, lawyers, prospective buyers, management, and being on top of deadlines. She gave me a lot of feedback on how to make the condo more appealing to buyers, and I was surprised how quickly my condo sold after the staging. I never hesitated to call her with any questions, she is very pleasant to work with.

Lindsey was a wonderful person to help us purchase our first condo. She was able to deliver an extensive array of options within budget, and we toured many listings together within the short timeframe alotted for corporate relocation. Lindsey is patient, understanding, and approaches each obstacle in the process with a "can-do" attitude. Lindsey was masterful in communicating and coordinating with all parties involved, and helped us find the perfect condo with the desired price and move-in date. I would not hesitate to recommend her services to anyone looking for a realtor in the Lakeview-Chicago area.

Searching for a new apartment is always difficult, add in the extra layer of a COVID-19 summer with limited in-person showings and it proves even more challenging.
Lindsey was extremely helpful and supportive throughout the entire process, especially given both my roommate and I were out-of-town and she conducted all virtual tours for us.
She was patient with our questions, diligent with the property searches, and worked very hard at understand our wants and desires in a rental unit. She was always available for questions and feedback, and helped us find the perfect unit for us. We are SO excited about our new home!

Lindsey was an incredibly attentive, patient, helpful and invested agent. I was pretty aggressive with my search and wanted to get the most value from a multi-family investment purchase. This meant I was asking to see homes in 4+ neighborhoods in Chicago (on avg 3-4 places a week) and leaned heavily on her for comps and getting quotes from contractors and specialists so I could price out the true cost of properties after home renovations. Throughout the 3 month intensive process, she got me viewings as soon as she possibly could and was extremely organized in scheduling them close together to save travel time. She always returned my voice messages or text messages within the same day, but usually much sooner. She never made me feel like I was asking for too much (though in retrospect, it really was a lot).

If she didn't have an answer to a question, she always found a resource from her network who could advise me. I really appreciated that she never just guessed if I asked about something she didn't have experience with. She was never salesy nor pushy. As a first time home buyer making a purchase on my own, there were many, many moments of uncertainty. Lindsey was incredibly generous with her time, helping me think through what I really wanted for myself and helping me get the information I needed to make decisions with more confidence. I'm the type of buyer that needs to consider every possible option and scenario. No matter the question or request, Lindsey was always at my side to help me problem solve. When I got cold feet, she sat with me for hours going through comps of similar properties and answering all my questions as I weighed the pros and cons of my options. When I was worried I made the wrong decision about an offer I made and wanted to see a couple more properties to quell my concerns, she got me in to see properties immediately, so I could pay my down payment with confidence. I truly felt supported throughout the process.

She has an incredible network and connected me to multiple options for lawyers, lenders, and inspectors. She referred me to an incredibly thorough inspector and connected me to a lender who worked with me to get the specific loan I wanted with almost $2K saved in closing costs. No matter who I selected, she developed a productive working relationship with them, kept all the right people apprised of updates on the sale and was key to keeping everyone on task so I could get to closing on time.

Lindsey ultimately helped me get my dream house by finding it on a private listing of properties only available to agents. She knew I would love it and was strategic about getting me a viewing right before it was published to the public. That gave me the chance to view it before anyone else and be the first to put in an offer. I could go on and on about how incredible she is, but I think you'll quickly see this yourself if you decide to work with her.
