Lindsey Watson McCarthy is a seasoned attorney, litigator, and compassionate advocate. Lindsey is a proud graduate of Temple University – Beasley School of Law (2006).
During her time at Temple University – Beasley School of Law, Lindsey had the privilege to volunteer under the leadership of the Honorable Judge Linda K. Caracappa, United States United States Magistrate Judge, United States District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania (2004), the Custody and Support Clinic in Philadelphia (2004), the New Jersey Division of Criminal Justice, Attorney General's Office (2006), and Bucks County District Attorney's Office (2006).
Following law school graduation, Lindsey became an Assistant State Attorney at the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office in Miami Florida. Lindsey served in leadership roles in criminal law and trial advocacy for several years. Upon relocation to Texas, she continued her trial advocacy in Dallas, Texas in the areas of employment law, consumer litigation, arbitrations, and real estate law through several firms including Holland & Knight.
She graduated from Smith College with a double major in psychology and political science and international relations (2003). She served as the Student Government Association President in her final year, and went on to serve as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Smith College from 2003-2005.
A New Jersey native, she returned home to resume her legal profession in real estate, criminal law, litigation, and proudly represents clients with DeMichele & DeMichele, LLC.
