Ever since Ling bought her first home in Florida with her husband back in 1990, Ling realized the power of leverage and became passionate about real estate. She went to many open houses on weekends and followed the local real estate market very closely. In 1992, Ling purchased her first rental property. She has been involved with real estate investment ever since.
In 1996, Ling left her job as a retail marketing manager in Florida and moved to the Bay Area. After taking a few years off to be a full-time mom, she began a new career in real estate with lots of enthusiasm and confidence.
Lings passion and continuous education in real estate jump started her career as a Realtor. With years of prior experience working in service-oriented fields, Ling put customer satisfaction as her top priority.
