My husband and I just closed a house with Ling. The experience was exceptional. There is not one realtor who is more precise and caring than Ling. I highly recommend Ling as a realtor. She was very helpful with the purchase of my first home and was patient throughout the process. I ended up viewing at least over 20 homes.
She provided a great deal of insight throughout the buying process and always kept me updated throughout the negotiation process. One of the most daunting part of buying a home is the paperwork, but she went over each of them and always made sure I understood everything.
