Lingya Zhang

Lingya has been traveling between San Francisco and Shanghai and partnering with a cross-cultural program to bring Chinese families to the United Sates and educating them about living and studying in the States. That eventually led to her new career as a real estate professional. Lingya attended Fudan University in Shanghai and Rochester Institute of Technology in upstate New York, where she earned Master s degree in Philosophy and Media Science, with minor in International Marketing. Her diverse educational and working background greatly helps her providing clients with perspectives on East-West lifestyle and culture. Lingya is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English. She helps local and international clients in every aspect relating to Real Estate investment and transactions. Lingya is currently living with her husband, daughter, and corgi Allen in beautiful East Bay of Northern California. In her free time, she loves to go hiking with her family at Mt. Diablo and volunteer at her community.
