Linh has been actively involved in the real estate and lending industry for over 10 years covering different facets in the wholesale and retail sector. Prior to starting Meridox in 2007, her wholesale lending experience entailed representing lenders as an Account Executive, underwriting and processing mortgage loans for large institutional banks. Her retail experience involved overseeing banking center operations and managing personal investment portfolios for clients. However, her greatest passion lies in the real estate sector collaborating with homeowners, seasoned investors, and first-time home buyers. As result of her array of experiences, it has strengthened her ability to understand and articulate the full process of purchasing and financing real estate, which invariably has been advantageous when collaborating with clients in today’s market.
