Lisa’s approach to her real estate business is similar to her approach to parenting... do not hover, but be ready to provide good information and guidance when it becomes important to THEM and never give up... She strives to follow the lead and personal style of each of her clients and let them tell her when and how they are ready to take the exciting and sometimes daunting next step towards moving out of one home and into another.
For more than a decade, Lisa has successfully helped her clients buy and sell hundreds of homes in all price ranges and locations spanning Arlington to Auburn. There are few situations which she has not experienced and many things she has learned in the process to protect her clients from risks they may not anticipate. She considers experience to be as valuable as an insurance policy for protection against unforeseen events and feel every experienced agent is an asset to their clientele.

The greatest pleasure Lisa has in her professional life is succeeding in delivering what her clients wanted most. She fully understands her clients' hopes, aspirations, fears, and limitations so that she is best equipped to offer guidance and navigate the sometimes-challenging circumstances to attain their goals. She carries the vision of their future into every negotiation and balance diplomacy with tenacity to deliver their end goal.

As a native and current resident of Mercer Island, Lisa spent many years becoming familiar with both sides of Lake Washington and finds her professional career focuses in this same region...although she has helped her clients successfully buy and sell homes all over King and Snohomish Counties this past decade. Her own past includes graduating from Mercer Island High School, earning a BA from Mt. Holyoke College, and marrying a British citizen. They live on Mercer Island and have four children, two of whom are deaf identical twins. In addition to being a full-time mother, Lisa also works as a real estate agent.
