I first met Lisa Bailey-Harper realtor when I was a first-time home buyer. She’s a thorough GO-GETTER who kept me well-informed throughout the entire process and provided an immense amount of support to help me make the best decision (and to keep the process FLOWING smoothly.) Ultimately, the experience was so great that I requested her realtor experience AGAIN when I sold the same condo some years later and when my new husband and I bought our first home together in a new development during the first few months of the COVID-19 pandemic. (She keeps abreast of what’s new, and we honestly would have missed out on a great NEW build if we didn’t have her as our realtor.) The pandemic was already a tough situation to navigate, because our wedding was postponed a year. However, just as she did with my first condo, she made sure my husband and I moved through the process seamlessly. (We may have had to postpone the wedding, but our home buying plans weren’t postponed!) She has great recommendations through her network too—her recommended home inspector was able to supplement the builder’s when it came time to do our one year walkthrough on the new build, making sure everything was covered. We’ll celebrate 2 years in our new home soon, and we owe everything to Lisa! ❤️

Lisa is a professional who listens to her clients. She has a warm and friendly personality and she’s honest. I appreciate her experience because that helped take the fear out of buying a home during the pandemic. Whenever you text or call her, she is most responsive.
