Lisa, is onw of a kind. Goes above and beyond. Made the sale of my father's house a breeze. Answered every and any question had and made sure I understood all the facts. If I called and she missed call with 20 minutes she'd call back. Really did her homework on the property values/comps in area, feed back from other agents when they brought their clients through. Lisa is very pro-client, which is awesome. Used her for my rental too (and I know a lot of agents do not care for them). With this she was amazing, too!! Very upbeat and always there. To anyone that needs some to list and sell their home Lisa is the person for you. Buying too!!

Estate market, she stays on top of pricing, availability, and trends and is a great partner in setting expectations on what to expect through the course of the sale.
Additionally, she unafraid to go that extra mile in helping get your optimized for market, whether it be incidental recommended upgrades, repairs, or landscaping. She has a great eye for the must do’s, knows people that can help, and offers great advice in style for those not so good at those things.

Working with Lisa changed my whole perception about real estate agents. I worked with couple before. All they were interested in finalizing the deal quickly and rushing for their commission. I found Lisa totally different. She never rushed me in making the decision. In fact she guided me on how and when to respond to the other party. We knew nothing of area. She gave us complete picture of the area, schools, and informed is of good and bad. So much so she even told us where we should not buy due to busy roads and other stuff. Also she drive us around in her own car. Long story short she made an extremely good deal for us as buyers. She also provide us after sale service and offered help on several occasions. Best for the last . She is transparent and has strong ethical values. I was blessed to meet Lisa. She is now our person for all real estate needs. I strongly recommend her to anyone in the market. You will feel the difference when you work with Lisa.
