I don't even know where to begin! I am overwhelmed with emotions! Lisa and Brenda have been the best realtors I have had the pleasure of working with! Their work ethic is out of this world. It is extremely nerve-racking to purchase a home, but these two made the process smooth and a simple process. Any questions you have they will provide an answer and have a quick response time.

I have to brag a bit. One of the highlights I had is when Ms. Lisa had just got off a flight and B-lined to my new place to do a walk through. I remember telling her how much I admire her work ethic. The very day my townhouse was identified to soon be listed, I received an offer. About 35 days later I closed. How smooth is that! Lisa practically held my hand through the whole process and there were no hiccups. From determining the best selling price, to getting minor repairs done, as well as making sure my utilities were turned off, Lisa was on it. I’m not sure where to begin so I’ll start from the beginning… single military mother PCS’ing with no sponsor nor knowledge of the area I was moving to. Yes, I was Worried and stressed but prayed up and found Ms. Lisa. From the beginning she ensured my needs, likes and budget was a priority. I probably owe her gas money from all the driving she did to show me (and my protective parents) houses through video call. She ensured the neighborhood was safe, had good schools and centrally located to a lot so my boys and I would be comfortable. The things I questioned or begin to worry about she’d already thought about and was able to put me at ease instantly. I’m so thankful I listened to her advice because I have a nice house in a good neighborhood and did I mention the value is already going up. (Smile) She was truly a blessing and I thank God for her.

You are Simply The Best! I keep hearing Tina Turner singing this is my ear each time I think of you. You are more than a realtor/broker! You go ABOVE and BEYOND for your clients! The Bishop Smooth Move Realty made this like the name - a smooth move!
It is an experience that can only BE experienced. Lisa was our realtor over 10 years ago when we bought our current home. When we decided to sell our rental property, there was no one else we wanted to help us. Lisa does more than what is called for when helping you prepare your house for sale. We needed to replace flooring, cabinets and much more and she walked us through the process. She researched replacement products and located a more than qualified contractor to work with us. From landscaping to inside design - she is well connected and goes out of her way to assist you. She took the struggle out of the process. She went looking for cabinets even on the weekend...how many other realtors does that? I don't know one. I trusted her to provide us with sound advice. I watch the HGTV show Love it or List it! In the show, Hilary always do a phenomenal job with renovating the home that the majority of times the couples decides to
"Love it" and stay in their current home rather than "List it" to sell. We gave her our budget and never once felt like she was wasting our money.

Lisa is our FOREVER REALTOR!! She’s knowledgeable, attentive, understanding…I could just go on and on. We purchased our first home in 2018 with only 30 days given by our landlord. Lisa Bishop is absolutely wonderful to work with. It’s like having a friend on the “inside” that is working for you. Lisa was always available to answer our questions and she explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker and the process of finding contractors to assess our house or fix minor issues. This took a huge weight off our shoulders because we were handling everything from out of state. Lisa made it easy to move to Florida from Colorado.
