I first heard about Lisa on a KOSI 101 radio ad. Although I already had a realtor friend who was willing to help me sell my condo for a flat fee, several thousands less than the standard commission of most realtors, my friend is new to the business and didn't have the extensive experience Lisa has. So I decided to contact her. Then, after looking at Lisa's website, I thought for sure she wouldn't be interested in my property, which was a small condo. A lot of Lisa's listings are very impressive, high-end homes. I decided to contact her anyway. SO, SO, SO GLAD I DID! Lisa responded to my initial email within minutes and assured me that she and her team treat every single property the same, whether large or small. And she was telling the truth! They were AWESOME! I was given personal, prompt attention day and night, every step of the process. Lisa and her personal assistant Katie Kaven were both amazing!!! From answering all my questions, to their exceptional marketing of my home, to learning and understanding my needs so that I got the best offer possible on my home, I was extremely impressed with Lisa and the entire Blake Team! Lisa's excellent negotiating skills got me $30K over my asking price, along with several other concessions from the buyer that I really needed in my particular situation. I expect a lot from a realtor and Whitney of the Blake Team exceeded my standards! She came over while I was working in my garage and got information on what I was looking for and then got to work. Within a day or 2, she had a list of properties and was ready to show them. She scaled a list of the neighborhoods, with my maximum price and my email would be auto downloaded daily with current, active listings, which I could look through. She was patient as we went through them all and I would call her in the morning with a property address and she would meet me there that day. Whitney was honest, direct and shared her good advice. When I finally found a place, she was my advocate with the seller, as she negotiated on my behalf all the way to closing. When I first spoke with Shawn we did a walk through on the house with her giving me recommendations for the best staging possible. Pictures and 3-D video was done on the house and went on the market on a Thursday which was rainy and not pleasant at all. Yet with the marketing put together by Shawn and her team there was a continual parade of prospective buyers and at days ends I had a handful of offers and with Shawn's knowledge and guidance we selected the deal that gave us more than than listed price and a few other favorable considerations. The house sold in 10 hours and closed a bit later than expected but all was well and we just can't say enough about the great job Shawn did for us and undoubtedly can do for you. I have never in my life given five stars for anything and I am a long time eBayer.
