We had a fabulous experience working with Lisa to buy our new home. She quickly understood our needs, likes and dislikes. She provided us much needed local insight and was proactive in managing our views to make best use of time. Once we selected the house, she kept us appraised of inspections and was very attentive to every detail. She took on a number of additional research and co-ordination tasks and was always on step ahead. She was honest and forthright which made working with her extremely pleasurable and easy.

In this challenging market where homes are getting snatched up for over asking many times going into bidding wars it is a big advantage to have a realtor who is well connected, knows the market, knows the area, and is super responsive to changes and glitches. We recently purchased a home in town with the greatest help from Lisa Brinkley from Coldwell! My partner and I had been looking for a home and did not know how to move forward with the process until we started talking to Lisa! She was and is a tremendous help and was always so patient with us! We looked at a few homes until we finally found the one that we wanted to make an offer on and because of Lisa's magic we got accepted! The escrow process was a bit tedious and we went through some bumps along the way, but Lisa was always a text/call away when we had any questions or needed something sorted out! Lisa helped us out finding our home in Tahoe. We had a tight schedule, flying in for a day of house hunting in a tough market. Post offer she did a great job orchestrating all of the little things that need to happen for an offer to turn in to a purchase. Great communication along the way as well.
