We had a wonderful experience working with Lisa in the purchase of our Baltimore City home. She was candid, available, and prepared for every step of the process. This was especially important as we navigated the buying process from Tampa.

While we were more passively looking, we stumbled upon a home we were interested in while on vacation for New Year’s Eve. After reaching out, she made herself available for a introduction on New Year’s Day and we knew we’d be a good fit. With only a few hours before our flight was set to take off, she was able to arrange a walkthrough.

Once we put in an offer, she was available to be our eyes and ears from afar. She was there through the whole inspection process and video’s us in once it was complete to walk through with the inspector. She helped us navigate the negotiation, and prepared us for closing. Towards the end, when we had delay from the city, she stayed in contact and did the legwork for us to ensure that we got the form we needed.

We would HIGHLY recommend working with Lisa. She is professional without putting on the pressure. She made the process as smooth as can be & we are fortunate that she was an apart of our home buying process.
