Lisa helped us buy a home and was on our side every step of the way. We had dealt with a realtor prior to her for the sale of our home who constantly fought against what we wanted just to make the sale. We decided to change realtors for our new home purchase and were SO happy that we did! Lisa was on our side and worked for us regardless. She was honest and professional and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor. We will definitely use her in the future when buying, selling, or renting. Lisa was a wonderful choice for a realtor. She provided us with services, such as a pre home inspection, a stager, and a beautifully photographed brochure, at no cost to us. This information was invaluable in letting us know what we needed to do to get the house ready to go on the market. Our house was listed in the middle of January 2015 and our expectation was that it would take a while to sell. Lisa put the coming soon on MLS so other realtors would be aware of what the house offered. The first day we had numerous showings and received an offer that night. Two days later we had a ratified contract. at full asking price and no seller subsidies. *** Sold a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $425K in Leesburg, VA.

Lisa was incredibly helpful, responsive and professional. She went out of her way to help us find a rental house. I was in town for only 2 days and couldn't find anything to rent. After i left the state, she continued to look at homes and took videos on her phone to help me select the right home. She had good knowledge of what was convenient to each home. Lisa also quickly became familiar with what was important to our family - She was able to adjust her recommendations and suggestions to precisely meet our needs.
