Since joining the team in 2016 as a branch manager and now a regional manager, Lisa has dedicated herself to the art of real estate, building on over a decade of experience in the industry across both New York and New Jersey.

Before immersing herself in the world of real estate, Lisa served as a trial attorney, a profession that was fulfilling but not compatible with her decision to start a family later in life. Nevertheless, she found real estate to be just as invigorating and rewarding and harbors no regrets about the switch.

At the core of Lisa’s approach to real estate is a principle that is simple yet powerful - knowledge. Whether you are talking about different towns or states, whether you are a buyer or a seller, Lisa believes that knowing the market and understanding the desires and needs of clients is the bedrock of the profession. In her view, an agent without knowledge is akin to a ship without a compass.

Though she continues to work directly with buyers and sellers sometimes, Lisa’s passion lies in training. In today's fast-paced world, an agent who is well-trained, dedicated to learning, and puts their heart and soul into their work is indeed a precious find. It is with immense pride and honor that Lisa embraces the role of educator and mentor, passing on her wealth of knowledge, teaching agents to truly listen, and helping them to set and reach their goals.
