My husband and I worked with Lisa – an excellent agent. She listed our home in July of 2021 and we were under contract within 1 week, at over asking price. She is an excellent agent with a very personalized touch. We have also used her for the purchase of our land. We worked with Lisa on both selling our home and purchasing our new home, and can’t even begin to explain how helpful she was through the whole process. We had never been through selling a home before and interviewed four other agents before finding Lisa. She made us feel completely comfortable and was extremely patient with our thousands of questions. We hit a few road blocks throughout the process and Lisa was there every step of the way to help us through it and tried to take away as much stress from us as possible. I met Lisa at an open house when we were just getting to know the area and not quite ready to buy. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about the area and gave us some great advice. When we were ready to buy, I called Lisa. She met us on New Year's Day. No one else was in the office. This dedication and passion to get us our home never faltered. We had plenty of bumps in the road, but Lisa was always there, day or night to support us, reassure us, and do what it took to close the deal. She was truly there for us. Helped my friend with a 2 year old young single mom find a house rent to own less then would have cist For a 2 bedroom apt you never will or can actually call yours because its rental its not yours n now she's done paying n owns it never gas worry about being homeless and she found her the perfect area near a day care good one n cheaper than most with that high quality and she didn't have a vehicle she was in walking distance of shopping for food n clothes and a park for her son... And no city was rural and all in all she could have tried to make it all about money instead she saw what could been maybe her daughter trying make it on her own and with just that one person believing in yiu n giving you that helping hand u deserve no bad rental history but they worked with her n niw after just 2 and half years she is the proud owner of her own house .. If I ever want to do it myself I know can count on them at this place.. . most don't care about that u from a small town but she actually isn't just out throw u the 1st apt she sees in her comp she takes your situation into consideration and tgen f funds the perfect one for yiu in style safety in area in and near stores places u need get too not buses in towns l like this.. I'm not Even sure if she would even let you move into a dangerous area even if its little out your price range she would probably fix that too.. If I ever want rent to iwn I know where I'm going

What an Amazing service Lisa provided for me and my family. She was efficient, thorough and kind in everything. We were looking for a house to move into within 30 days and she made that possible. Coming from North Andover into Leominster area she made every trip up worth it ( 45-50 min ride) worth it. Booking up to 6 properties to view back to back. Amazing woman she is and work ethic, phenomenal. Not only was I looking but she too was looking for us. I would send a list of properties and she would respond immediately with the status. Thankful to God for her, God surely uses those that are willing as his instrument in showing his goodness and faithfulness.
