Terrific experience on a new home build/purchase. This was a new home build/buy. The communication between Lisa and the builder was incredibly confident. Lisa stayed on top of every detail that was in the contract and kept me at ease. The follow up with the builder on any issue was satisfied and resolved any incidences. Lisa is very good on explaining the process on the “ins and outs” of new home construction and with contractors we have used in the past on other investment property purchases.

Lisa is a dedicated professional who truly knows her business. Lisa wants to put you in the right home. When we visited properties Lisa would see things I wouldn't even know to look for. "When were the pipes redone". "This shower was not renovated properly " "this is excellent workmanship" and so on. She always had our best interest at heart. What more can you ask for? She found us the perfect home and is now selling our old home. We're 2 wks from closing. Lisa did several days of open houses. She did direct mail and had signage . When showing our home every one needed to wear face masks and booties. She cares and she will make it happen for you weather your selling or buying. Lisa goes the extra mile. Lisa Eichenblatt is an ultra professional who knows the real estate industry. My wife and my experience with Lisa was fantastic. She will ensure, as the buyer's agent, that the buyer has all the information they need on a property of interest, to make an informed decision. She works fast and truly works on behalf of her client. Her advice and perspectives come from her years of experience and are to be taken into consideration because they safeguard the buyer. As the buyer's agent, when Lisa shows a buyer a house, she is ready with her flash light to look at important features that may easily be overlooked (e.g., type of plumbing under the sink, age of A/C and water heater, and more.). She was even present at the inspection of the house we signed a contract on; we had not had this experience before. We cannot say enough about her work ethic (honesty, integrity). For example, on one house of interest, she professionally questioned where the listing agent acquired the list price after conducting her own research and finding it was priced incorrectly. If you are looking for a real estate agent that will work for you, Lisa is the agent you've been looking for. Thank you Lisa for making our search a reality. May God continue to bless her.

Highly recommend Lisa Eichenblatt as your go to listing realtor. She was able to provide a CMA in the beginning to give us an idea of an as is listing price, minor rehab and then full rehab listing price. Once we determined the direction we wanted to take, she helped to recommend and coordinate contractors, check in on their work, and kept everyone on schedule.

The result? A VERY quick turn around (only a few weeks from the time the tenant exited to the listing date) on a rehab that included many moving parts, staged, listed and several ABOVE asking offers within the first 24 hours!

The bonus: She was very, very patient when answering all of our questions, concerns, etc.

What more can you ask for?
