This is my second transaction with selling my investment property with Lisa within the last 6 months. Told Lisa I wanted to put my house on the market within the end of the day, pictures and videos were up in Zillow and all 3 party websites. Needless to say within 5 days, Lisa presented me with in all cash offer and 15 day close. Every step of the way Lisa told me and explained what and when it would happen, always before the time. I have bought multiple properties and had a chance to work with many real estate agents.
By far Lisa is a miracle worker, not to mention relentless. I had contacted Lisa and found her on Zillow. She had recently sold a similar property down the street from me. I can tell when I initially made contact with Lisa she was very driven and honest with her intentions. I was in a bit of a sticky situation due to the fact it was a tenant occupied Multi family property. Lisa gave me the confidence to move forward and putting it up for sale. Throughout the two month period I had the house for sale and through trial and error on my part. It was finally sold. I had many doubts that we wouldn’t be able to sell the house. But with Lisa as my agent and always following up always keeping me up-to-date I decided to stick with her advice and keep it on the market. Not only did she keep me informed throughout the escrow process and was spot on on every information she gave me. If I can describe Lisa I would say by for relentless, honest and has a positive energy about her. Lisa is such an amazing realtor. She was recommended to me by a friend who hired her to sale his home. He spoke so highly of her. I was contemplating on whether I should sale my house. She was very informative without being aggressive. She made herself available when I was ready to sale. I have worked with many realtors in the past with other properties but she has been by far the best. She displayed a great deal of knowledge and she guided me step by step through the process.

After watching how amazing she did during the sale of my house. She went above and beyond to get the most for my house during this current market. I can't wait to hire her to purchase a bigger home for our family. I definitely will be hiring her. She definitely works on your behalf.
