Moving up to Michigan from Texas was quite a challenge as timing was very important. Lisa was the right person for the job as she knew what I was looking for, didn’t waste our time looking at multiple sites that didn’t fit the criteria, and that was just in finding the house. During the actual purchase process, Lisa was very Important in keeping after all parties necessary in order to make it work ( including ME😃). I really value her experience not only the Location, but in her abilities to handle the multiple functions necessary to purchase a home here in Michigan She also has great connections in setting me up with Insurance, and contractors. I value the transaction but even more so, her friendship in
making this happen.

It has been great working with Lisa. She helped us as first-time home buyers when we bought our first home and she is continuing to work with us on finding land for our future project. She has quite literally gone more than the extra 100 miles for us in our search.

Lisa has a strong work ethic and smart engaging personality. She responded quickly to our questions and texts, offered suggestions on preparing the house for showings and even stepped to the plate to assist. She honored our stories about the house and the neighborhood. She developed a wonderful relationship with our 93 year old mother, visiting with her at the assisted living and respecting that mom had made the house 'HER JOB' for more than half a century. I worked with Lisa in the past, so when I found a piece of property that I was interested in, I knew I should reach back out to her. Given there are wetlands on the property, a lot of assessments needed to be done. Lisa organized getting an environmental group out, as well as the county to do soil borings. She is extremely knowledgeable and the hardest worker; and she was determined to make sure I was making a good investment.

I recently completed a purchase of a home over 150 miles from my present home. My agent, Lisa Franklin, was very helpful in every way and patient and calming. She worked with my daughter to find a home as quick as it came up, one that fit my needs exactly. Lisa helped me with several questions when I got confused and helped me complete all paperwork in good timing.She worked overtime to do small errands for me because I could not be there.

Lisa had extreme patience Fall of 2020 in showing us many, many houses before we finally settled on a new build that could be modified for our disabled daughter. But it would take too much time and space to recount everything that happened to us with the Pentagon federal credit unions procrastination and miscalculations in granting us a mortgage loan for our newly built house. It wasn’t that we weren’t qualified, but this mortgage company just couldn’t get around to crossing all the tees and dotting the eyes in finalizing our loan by closing, even though we had started the mortgage process 6 months before. They weren’t responsive to our several phone calls. Only through Lisa’s help in contacting the mortgage company and intervening with their supervisors that we finally got our mortgage completed. It was a comedy of errors on the mortgage company’s part, and we will forever be grateful to Lisa for her dogged help. Thanks Lisa!!

My wife and I decided to move from the mid-Michigan area to Grand Haven/Holland area. We discovered Lisa thru an open house in Grand Haven. Having Lisa represent us in our pursuit was the best move we made. Giving the distance of our location and the issues of the pandemic Lisa was patient on finding a place that met our criteria. After finding the right place for us Lisa guided us on finding a local mortgage company as well as other needed services.
