Lisa and Chris were the perfect choice for us as first time home buyers! They helped us understand every step of the process thoroughly and with confidence. Chris's construction knowledge helped us identify tons of insights that we otherwise would have missed during showings. Lisa is a true go-getter and worked late + odd hours on our behalf. Once we found our home they wasted no time to secure it for us! We closed quickly and capitalized on every opportunity along the way to get the best deal.

What really impressed us though was how involved they were even beyond close. Lisa and Chris offer a dump trailer (photo included) that we used for a flooring project. All we did was fill it up and they took care of the rest! They also have been available for additional questions and recommendations to ensure we had resources for all of our new home projects. All in all, they care about their work and cared about us. I feel like we made a lifelong connection that we'll forever recommend to others. 10/10, would buy a house with them again!

We can't express enough how wonderful our experience with Lisa and her team was. She's incredibly knowledgeable about the value of properties in the area, which quickly and efficiently led to the sale of our property within days of listing (MULTIPLE offers). We were navigating this from another state and it was such a relief to not have to stress over any details. Lisa and her team helped my husband and I sell our home. They did everything from helping us figure out the best time to list and what we needed to be ready to show the home. We had some carpet damage from pets and I expected having to replace it all. They were able to fix it. She also recommended a cleaner that helped with the rest of the carpet issues. Finally, she helped with getting rid of an outdated couch and then staging the home. She had all the staging touches including bedding and non-personal decorating items that made the house look great and attractive for potential buyers. I would check with her before starting on the costly repairs like carpet replacement to determine what really needs to get done to have it ready to place on the market. It helps having someone know the market as we’ve been in our home over 14 years. The market changes quickly and it’s best to have someone that does this full time and with an excellent team. I never once felt like I should do something and my husband and I made the final decisions. We sold higher than the listing price and very quickly. I have bought and sold a few properties and this was by far the easiest.

I used Lisa to buy my house and she was there every step of the way. Now after 3 years I’m ready to sell and I called her right away. She answered with a friendly “Hey there Erica”, which meant she remembered me after all these years, and it brought a smile to my face. She then came and did a walk through of my home the next day, adjusting to my late-night schedule. We talked about the things that would have to be done and what she thinks the house could sell for. I asked what I would have to do on my end (in my head I would have to paint and a lot of small tasks) and she said nothing, just try to get your things moved out and I could have the house painted and fixed up and sold in 2 weeks! This was great since I was starting a new job in a week out of town, and it would have taken me months to get these things done. Lisa and her husband took care of EVERYTHING, even cleaning up the house. They came in and staged the house and it looked beautiful, made me want to stay or buy it again haha! The house was on the market for 2 days and I already had an offer I couldn’t refuse. After the appraisal, one thing needed to be done and she ensured me her and her husband would take care of it to make sure I closed on time. She is knowledgeable and is very passionate about what she does. She always returned my phone calls if she was busy and kept me up to date with the process. I would highly recommend her if you are selling or buying. It will be the least stressful decision you ever make. A bonus, she sends out monthly coupons to various restaurants for you to use even after the sell/buying of your home!

It was immediately clear that Lisa has a passion for what she does and that she views her clients’ happiness as the purpose of her business. Lisa is a fantastic realtor who is ready and willing to go look at any house and as soon as possible! We were able to see every house we wanted within 48 hrs of asking!
