Lisa and her team helped my husband and I sell our home. They did everything from helping us figure out the best time to list and what we needed to be ready to show the home. We had some carpet damage from pets and I expected having to replace it all. They were able to fix it. She also recommended a cleaner that helped with the rest of the carpet issues. Finally, she helped with getting rid of an outdated couch and then staging the home. She had all the staging touches including bedding and non-personal decorating items that made the house look great and attractive for potential buyers. I would check with her before starting on the costly repairs like carpet replacement to determine what really needs to get done to have it ready to place on the market. It helps having someone know the market as we’ve been in our home over 14 years. The market changes quickly and it’s best to have someone that does this full time and with an excellent team. I never once felt like I should do something and my husband and I made the final decisions. We sold higher than the listing price and very quickly. I have bought and sold a few properties and this was by far the easiest.

I used Lisa to buy my house and she was there every step of the way. Now after 3 years I’m ready to sell and I called her right away. She answered with a friendly “Hey there Erica”, which meant she remembered me after all these years, and it brought a smile to my face. She then came and did a walk through of my home the next day, adjusting to my late-night schedule. We talked about the things that would have to be done and what she thinks the house could sell for. I asked what I would have to do on my end (in my head I would have to paint and a lot of small tasks) and she said nothing, just try to get your things moved out and I could have the house painted and fixed up and sold in 2 weeks! This was great since I was starting a new job in a week out of town, and it would have taken me months to get these things done. Lisa and her husband took care of EVERYTHING, even cleaning up the house. They came in and staged the house and it looked beautiful, made me want to stay or buy it again haha! The house was on the market for 2 days and I already had an offer I couldn’t refuse. After the appraisal, one thing needed to be done and she ensured me her and her husband would take care of it to make sure I closed on time. She is knowledgeable and is very passionate about what she does. She always returned my phone calls if she was busy and kept me up to date with the process. I would highly recommend her if you are selling or buying. It will be the least stressful decision you ever make. A bonus, she sends out monthly coupons to various restaurants for you to use even after the sell/buying of your home!

Lisa is a fantastic realtor who is ready and willing to go look at any house and as soon as possible! We were able to see every house we wanted within 48 hrs of asking! Additionally ,Lisa's knowledge of remodeling provided us with a great advantage when looking at older homes. She always came to each showing knowing information on the house and things that had been updated, replaced, etc. Lisa knows her stuff and is clearly passionate about her work and her clients!! She helped us find our dream home!!

Lisa is awesome! She’s super knowledgeable and helped us to avoid putting an offer on a house that had issues we completely missed (but which would have been very costly to us in the long run). Instead, she helped us find a house that we love and that fits within our budget. Also, she was a pleasure to work with throughout the process.

We had the privilege of having Lisa help us buy and sell our homes. She was exemplary in her service to us. She took the time to learn what we were looking for in our next home and helped us stage our home to get it ready for open houses. The time and detail she gave really helped us feel comfortable. She has an educators spirit and made sure that from start to finish that we understood everything step and it was a very smooth and stress free process. We highly, highly recommend her. (Plus, as an added bonus...her husband Chris has his own Construction company! Any repairs that you need done—he can fix!) :) It was such a pleasure having their help. Who knew selling a house could be such an enjoyable experience!

Lisa worked with us on a level most Realtors usually do not. Too many advantages of going with her to list. In a nut shell she and her husband had our home ready to sell and sold within a couple of weeks after we decided to sell. Lisa is amazing! We had one agent prior to her during our home search and dealt with one lost deal after another. If it hadn't been for Lisa, we never would have even had the opportunity to put in an offer on the house we live in now. Our house already had an offer in place. Lisa fought for us to have the opportunity and our offer was accepted within a week. She has a great team and her husband is very knowledgeable with construction aspects. Having him come to some walk throughs was a great help. I highly recommend Lisa for the first time buyer (as we were at the time).
