Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Lisa Inclema, a real estate and interior staging enthusiast. I was born and raised in Rochester where I attended Webster schools. Growing up, I always had a strong desire to help others, whether I was working as a nurse's aid or servicing loyal patrons in my family's restaurant. I loved helping others fulfill their needs and their dreams, and I continue to do so in finding the perfect home for you and your family.
I am no rookie to the real estate world. I started my career in 1999 and worked in the field for over 20 years. As I established connections amongst family, friends and clients within the field, I sought out my strong desire for home staging. I saw there was a dire need for homes to be presented in such a way that would not only attract buyers, but allow buyers to picture themselves within the space as a homeowner. Inspired by my mother who had a passion for decorating and renovating our family home, I was brought up paying attention to the fine details that make a house a home.
I was featured in the Democrat & Chronicle in 2006 in an article on the art of staging.
I provide the perfect blend: the ability to sell your home - not only through knowledge of the market - but also with the ability to visualize and transform a space. I can offer the complete buying and selling experience for any client.
Known for my relentless commitment and can-do attitude, it's no wonder why I am "everywhere you want to live."
