We have known Lisa Koonce for a number of years and figured that we would always work with her when it came time to sell our home. Even though we’ve considered her a friend before working with her, we were extremely impressed with her professionalism and candor throughout the entire process. And just because we were selling in one of the hottest real estate markets in decades, Lisa did an amazing job of managing our expectations throughout the process and kept reminding us that the deal isn’t done until it’s done. We would whole-heartedly recommend Lisa for anyone looking to buy or sell their next home.
