Lisa brings full commitment to both her buyers and sellers. I know this because I have been both. I personally have sold and bought with her by my side.

From a selling stand point, she was able to critically analyze the unique features of my home while keeping her suggestions for potential touch points realistic. Lisa was able to get multiple offers for my home, I couldn’t have been more pleased with her results. This was during a time where multiple offers were not common place.
On the buying side, admittedly, we were picky!! She was able to listen to our needs and wants inventory and match is with potential homes that fit our interest and budget..

Lisa assisted our family in purchasing a wonderful home in Hudson. Not just once, but twice. We knew exactly what we wanted and Lisa brought us our dream home. She was available 24/7, always taking our calls or returning them within minutes. She is an expert in the Hudson market, but her knowledge of the surrounding communities need to be acknowledged as well. Lisa has a great grasp as to the direction of the market and what buyers are looking for. This knowledge helped us in determining what renovations we wanted to accomplish.

My wife and I can not recommend Lisa enough. She has the resources at her finger tips to make a stressful life event go ever so smoothly. From assistance in home inspectors, to mortgage brokers, to tradesmen for any repairs, she is like a rolodex. When it comes time to sell our home and move to our next life adventure Lisa will be a part of that event.
