Her desire for a career change and a passion to help people gave her the opportunity to jump into a booming market in the late 90's and she has not looked back. Along the way she has specialized in all facets of Real Estate including existing home sales, first time and move up buyers, short sales and bank owned/HUD properties, new construction including city lots, as well as acreage and all of the curves thrown her way. When the market changed around 2007, she rolled with the punches and worked alongside a local investor to search out and find distressed properties, interview and hire qualified contractors and even rolled up her sleeves to participate in home demo and reconstruction. These "lean" years are when Lisa accomplished some of most endeared memories and experiences in Real Estate.
