I am so glad I met Lisa! After a long search for a home before I was working with Lisa, my search ended in the PERFECT home. Lisa is absolutely amazing! My partner and I are relocating to the area and looking for a place to rent, and had only a few days in the area to tour. Lisa helped me narrow down places, and very quickly set up an appointment with a place we were greatly looking forward to. She helped us every step of the way - being critical and careful with the viewing, communicating with the managing agent, to reviewing and signing the lease. Two weeks ago I had to terminate my prior Realty Company. For over three months they were unable to provide me with weekly updates, failed to follow up with leads or keep me informed of the comps in the marketplace. I am soooo glad we worked with Lisa to find our rental home in Northern Virginia. We have been living overseas and are moving to the area for work, and this housing market is wild right now. Without Lisa, I don't know how we would have navigated it successfully and with such low stress. Yes, you can scour the internet on your own to find homes, but what Lisa provided for us were:
1) insight on the slight nuances of homes in the area, like some homes might have a distinct smell, so a physical walk through is encouraged, rather than renting sight unseen;
2) incredible customer service - she coordinated with a local friend to help us walk through the house, she answered my text messages promptly despite us having a half day time difference, she answered all my ridiculous questions because I feel like I know nothing about housing, she adjusted the search criteria for our home listing searches several times as we went back and forth with the homes we were looking for, I could go on and on;
3) invaluable knowledge about the housing market and our application(s) - Lisa was able to give us extra information as a realtor regarding our application process, what would make our application more advantageous, etc., without forcing our hand. She understood our needs, our limits, and where we had flexibility to help us secure a home. She also had the inside knowledge about the process that eased my anxiety. When you don't have a realtor like Lisa you put your name in an application and send it into the ether, then you just sit and wait, hoping something good will come of it. But with Lisa, she was able to provide insight in the process, check back in with the rental management company/landlords, and provide more information about how we should strategize our next moves.
I cannot sing Lisa's praises enough. She is knowledgeable, diligent, fast, professional, communicative, and just a kind human being. It was a pleasure working with her. I hope if we stay in the area that we can work with her again if/when we need to find a different home, but for now I hope others also get the pleasure of working with Lisa. 10/10 would recommend.

Lisa is the best realtor I've worked with and I highly recommend her. Even though we were looking to rent, Lisa treated us as if we were buying a million dollar house. We were relocating to the area and she provided us with many leads fitting our specific requirements in a small geographic area due to commutes. Lisa is an incredible realtor and helped my wife and I find the perfect place for us and our cats. We are relocating from out of state for my job, and she organized a tour of houses for us to see when we were visiting. We liked most of the houses we saw and after we had left, she was able to see some of the newly posted homes and send us high quality, personalized video explaining what we would probably enjoy or dislike about each home. She is very thorough and helpful, and a huge asset to anyone moving out of state. Lisa helped us with our long distance move from Florida to northern Virginia. I would highly recommend her if you are relocating cross country. We drove up for our house hunting trip but we were unable to find the perfect house for us right then and there. Lisa went to several homes for us, and gave us an extremely detailed walk through video of both the outside neighborhood and the inside of each home.
