Wow!!! This was both of our first home purchase. We actuallly only went to see them to see if they could help us find a rental! No way did we EVER think we could actually ever "own"! How mistaken we were...Michael & Lisa did not give up untill they could qualify us for a home to raise our grandson in! They walked us thru every step of the way! Night/Day they were there for our many many phone calls or emails. They actually helped us find paperwork that was needed we had no idea how or where to get! That was 2 yrs ago now & we are so very happy in "our" home! Where we are building lasting memories w/our grandson in a house he will always call home!! We personally dont think anyone else would of worked so hard on our behalf for our dream! Many residential agents do not like to handle rentals because they take a lot of time, but the commissions paid to agents are generally pretty small. Agents who handle property management, are landlords or who regularly deal with rentals are usually better prepared to deal with the issues tenants face, which are often different from the issues buyers face.
