Lisa grew up in Potomac and still lives here today, in the home she grew up in. In high school, she wanted to be a star. When she was not in class she was singing and acted in shows. She made it all the way to the University of Maryland to study radio, TV, and film and worked for a semester as an intern at NBC.
At the same time, she was living in a townhome her father had purchased in College Park. When Dad bought another house, he asked for her help managing it collecting rent, paying the bills, etc. This was her first experience in real estate, and she knew right away that this was what she wanted to do.
Right after college she got licensed and began her real estate career, selling homes and managing rental properties. 28 years later, here she is, still listing and selling and meeting many wonderful people along the way including the love of her life, her husband Leon. They have two children Sam and Jackie, who both attended Churchill High School, performing on the same stage that she performed on. They have both gone off to college, and we will see what comes next!
She is now an Owner/Agent at Next Home Envision. In 2019, her husband Leon Nasar went on a mission to bring the best brokerage to the Washington, DC area. It took time to make certain they had the right partner, and they are so excited about the decision they made. Without question, this is the best real estate company in the nation. They are doing things no one else is doing with technology and most importantly, they have not forgotten about the human element of this business. Their motto is #HumansOverHouses!
