We currently live in California and were looking at the Fredericksburg/Stafford area to move to. We 1st contacted Lisa on a property that she had listed. She was quick to respond to our inquiry. She patiently answered all of our questions (and we had a ton because we weren't from the area). We decided to go out for a visit and she spent 4 days with us showing us land and houses while learning what we were looking for, price ranges, building vs pre-own, etc. She was extremely patient since we were on a learning expedition ourselves. Between Feb & April, she was in constant contact, sending through listings We put our house up for sale in late March and sold quickly, leaving us with either having to purchase something ASAP or rent. She was even willing to check out rental homes for us. On 4/19, we saw a house listed that could potentially be "the one". She was quick to call the listing agent and get us the 1st available app.t to see the property in 2 days. She did a FaceTime call with us on Thurs 4/21. We loved the house and worked with her to put in an offer that same day. She kept in close contact with the listing agent and by 8pm on the 22nd we learned they had accepted our offer. Lisa was amazing to work with long distance and she took the time to understand what we were looking for and was able to help us get the house we fell in love with!
