She grew up in Colonial Heights, Virginia, just 25 minutes south of Richmond. After she graduated from Radford University, she returned to Richmond and never left. Of course, her first apartment was in the historic Fan area, and she quickly learned her way around the entire area. The rich history still fascinates her today. She has owned homes in many different areas in and around Richmond over the years.

The first 30 years of Lisa’s career serve as an excellent foundation for being an effective real estate agent. She began at Virginia T’s in every possible capacity, including Customer Service Manager and had the rare opportunity to learn from the very best in the industry. She then spent the bulk of her career at Honeywell International in several separate roles, including Customer Service Leader and SAP Project Team Lead. Lisa spent 20+ years working for ‘internal customers’ at Honeywell, where she met and exceeded expectations, winning many awards for her continued excellence throughout her career.

She is an avid traveler, voracious reader, a UVA Football fan and loves to relax at the beach with her family and friends with her toes in the sand! She will use her many years of experience as a Project Manager to guide you, help you stay organized and help you negotiate the best possible deal for you.

She enjoys getting to know her clients on a personal level to understand their wants, needs and hopes in a home.
